Packaged Drinking Water Plant Operator

Location: National Enterprises – Aqua Clear, Perecherla, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Packaged Drinking Water Plant Operator to manage the daily operation of our packaged drinking water manufacturing unit. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating blow moulding, RO water treatment, bottle filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines while ensuring production quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the Blow Moulding Machine for PET bottle production.
- Operate the RO Water Treatment Plant and maintain water quality.
- Operate Bottle Filling, Capping, and Packaging Machines.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per packaged drinking water standards.
- Record daily production and machine performance.
- Coordinate with helpers and other production staff.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.





Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in a packaged drinking water plant (preferred).
- Experience with:
- Blow Moulding Machine
- RO Plant
- Bottle Filling Machine
- Capping Machine
- Packaging/Shrink Wrapping Machine
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts if required.

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Intermediate (Preferred)
- Relevant experience in the packaged drinking water industry.

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of BIS/FSSAI hygiene standards.
- Experience in preventive machine maintenance.
- Ability to train helpers and maintain production records.
