About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Podcast Guest Relations & Coordination Executive to manage end-to-end guest outreach and coordination for our podcast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying influential guests, building relationships, scheduling podcast recordings, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from invitation to shoot day.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify high-profile guests, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, and influencers for the podcast.
- Reach out to potential guests via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and phone calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and their teams.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, podcast recording dates, and logistics.
- Follow up consistently to secure confirmations and manage communication until the episode is recorded.
- Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience before, during, and after the shoot.
- Manage guest hospitality and on-ground coordination on recording days.
- Maintain a guest database, outreach tracker, and content calendar.




- Coordinate internally with the production and content teams to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, public relations, client servicing, influencer management, hospitality, event management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proactive, confident, and detail-orientated.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and Google Workspace/MS Office for outreach and coordination.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with podcasts, media companies, influencers, creators, or events is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple guest conversations simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
