About the Role

Ad2Ship is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying the right influencers, executing impactful campaigns, and ensuring successful collaborations that drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, identify, and connect with relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Reach out to influencers for collaborations, negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely content delivery.
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI, and prepare campaign reports.
- Maintain an updated database of influencers across different categories and niches.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, influencer marketing strategies,



and platform updates.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within the assigned budget and timelines.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Positive understanding of influencer marketing platforms and social media trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of campaign analytics and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience working with D2C, eCommerce, digital marketing agencies, or creator ecosystems will be an added advantage.
