The Enterprise Operating Model is part of Accenture’s Talent Practice and focuses on advancing our clients’ key strategic priorities and objectives. We help our clients architect agile operating models embracing future of work, workforce and workplace powered by transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics utilizing Accenture’s best-in-class methodology.

As a part of this high performing team, you will get an opportunity to:

- Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients, leveraging deep understanding of business strategies and goals impacting operating model and organizational design
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to gain buy-in and support for operating model initiatives.
- Develop a strategic vision for the operating model that aligns with the client’s broader business objectives.
- Design an optimal operating model structure, including service delivery models, governance frameworks, and procedures.
- Identify and recommend best practices in organizational operations, including the centralization of functions, outsourcing opportunities, and the use of technology to enable efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing functions, including an analysis of organizational structure, processes, technology, and resource allocation.
- Provide expert advice on the design, implementation, and optimization of operating models.
- Build deep understanding of clients’ business strategies and goals, and how this shapes their operating model strategies,



in the context of global and economic setting.
- Help client achieve long-term success by identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns working with complex data, and co-creating future-proof, agile and resilient operating models and practical roadmaps.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients as a trusted advisor and partner to foster business growth.
- Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
- Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity. Mentor junior members of the Strategy team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow.

Education/Qualification:

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

- Post MBA – 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting with exposure to Operating Model Transformation (including assessment, design and roll out)
- Strong understanding of customer-facing operating models through experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Service, or related functions
- Ability to translate front-office business requirements into effective organizational structures, governance models, roles, and capabilities.
- Exposure to corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.) and their respective delivery models is advantageous.
- Strategic Mindset to shape innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models
- Issue Based Problem Solving to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions
- Business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients with the latest industry trends, innovations and disruptions, metrics and value drivers
- An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.
- Experience working with “C level” executive clients, with extensive experience in projects in which the primary stakeholder was the CEO; Chief Strategy Officer; CHRO
