Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of software issues.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize application stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Robust analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to address technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly for diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
