We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple job roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring records.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
