Position Title:

Sales Manager Or Assistant Sales Manager (Karnataka & Tamil Nadu Region)

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai

Reports To: Regional Manager - South

Education - Minimum Graduate

Experience - Minimum 4-5years in sales

Candidates preferred from Rubber/Plastic/Metal Industry. Not from Retail

A. Key Performance Areas

Lead & Drive Sales in the South Region and achieve annual sales target region.

Sustain Existing customers & Develop New Customers base as per the set Target and Enhance Sales Growth.

Achieve Given Sales & Dispatch Target by responding customer requirements and presenting appropriate products.

Focus to enhance Customer Goodwill and Customer Satisfaction level

Submit monthly report & provide market feedback on regular basis to GM – sales & marketing





Timely Collection of Out Standing payment / EMDs within the due dates.

B. Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale- achieving sales targets

Develop recent customers across Industry segment – Public / Private / Government.

Give monthly / Quarterly Business Projection

Act as a point of contact between a company and its existing and potential markets

Gather market and customer information and communicate to GM to ensure knowledge is utilised

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
