Position: HVAC Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily HVAC service calls and maintenance schedules.
- Assign service engineers and technicians based on priority and availability.
- Communicate with clients regarding service requests, updates, and closures.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, work orders, and invoices.
- Maintain AMC schedules and ensure timely preventive maintenance visits.
- Track complaint status and ensure issues are resolved within the committed timeline.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for spare parts and material availability.
- Maintain service records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Follow up with clients for service feedback and payment collection.
- Ensure timely closure of service tickets and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC service coordination.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, AMCs, and service operations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,042.11 per month
