We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer and Operator for our Mumbai manufacturing facility. This full-time on-site position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge gravure printing wheel production technology in a agile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Support: Assist in manufacturing processes and production line operations
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production cycle
- Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor computer-controlled machinery and production equipment
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, quality reports, and process documentation
- Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and other departments
- Customer Support: Assist with customer service inquiries related to production specifications and delivery schedules
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS:





- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Technical Skills: Experience with computer-controlled machinery and automated production systems
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
- Core Competencies:Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Adaptability to work in both office and production floor environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in printing, packaging, or precision manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with gravure printing processes or cylinder production
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards)
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
