About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and candidate closures.
Maintain updated recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Achieve individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as **Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Shine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
Proactive, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in agency recruitment / consultancy recruitment will be an advantage.
Candidates who have handled multiple job requirements simultaneously will be preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
Work Location: In Person
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
