Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the finance and accounts function for a group of manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a team, overseeing consolidated financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting, finance, and compliance activities for multiple group companies.
Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including audits,
taxation (direct & indirect), and company law.
Support management in financial planning, cost control, and strategic decision-making.
Implement and streamline accounting processes and internal controls across group entities.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
Must have handled accounts for multiple companies within a group setup.
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, SAP, or equivalent).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
