Experience: Freshers Welcome
Gender: Male / Female
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
Candidate screening & interview coordination
Onboarding and orientation support
Building relationships with candidates & hiring managers
Salary negotiation and stakeholder coordination
Vendor management for recruitment activities
Tracking hiring metrics and maintaining recruitment reports
Working with ATS, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other recruitment tools

Required Skills:

✔ Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel
✔ Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
✔ Empathy and active listening
