Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)

Experience Required: 6-8 years

Industry: Manufacturing (with multiple plants across India)

Qualification: CA (Mandatory)

Experience in a manufacturing setup with multi-plant operations.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The General Manager Accounts will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire accounting function across the organization’s multiple manufacturing plants and the Head Office. This role requires a agile leader who can manage a large team of accountants, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of accountants across different plant locations.

Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L; accounts.

- Review and maintain cash flow forecasts, working capital management, and budget control.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements, along with management reports for
- senior leadership and board review.
- Ensure timely completion of internal audits and liaise with external auditors for statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and tax regulations, including GST, income tax, and
- Work closely with the plant finance teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of plant
- expenses, overheads, and inventory accounting.
- Implement and oversee cost accounting systems for manufacturing processes, including labor,
- material, and overhead allocations.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month

Experience:

- manufacturing setup with multi-plant operations.: 6 years (Preferred)
- Accounting Taxation: 6 years (Preferred)
