Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audit activities for our Private Limited Company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, financial reporting, and coordinating with internal and statutory auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and ensure timely compliance.
- Calculate, deposit, and file TDS returns.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements applicable to Private Limited Companies.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit queries.




- Assist in ROC/MCA compliance and regulatory filings.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

- B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and audit.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Private Limited Company compliances.
- Experience in handling statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
