Job Summary

As a Career Counsellor, you will conduct one-on-one career consultation sessions with students and working professionals via Google Meet. You will understand their career aspirations, recommend suitable programs, and guide them throughout the admission journey. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and achieving targets in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional career consultation sessions via Google Meet.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and skill requirements.
- Recommend suitable academic and career development programs.
- Explain program details, fees, learning outcomes, and career opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective candidates through regular follow-ups.
- Guide candidates throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets.




- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in conducting online consultation sessions.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Experience in Career Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Client Relationship Management is an added advantage
