Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Develop new and innovative drink menus based on market trends.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor bar inventory and minimize wastage.
- Assist in ordering and stock control of bar supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and recommend beverages to guests.
- Train bar staff on recipes, techniques, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Bar Team for smooth operations.
