Role & responsibilities

- Hands on experience in 3D design software PTC Onshape Component, Assembly, Top-Down Design assembly applicable industries in Oil & Gas, data centre infrastructure.

- Design and develop industrial product components (Valves, manifolds, housings), design using PTC Onshape software.

- Create and validate models and assemblies, drawings as per ASME section VIII / 31.3 / 31.1 / 31.8, ISO, DIN, AWS.

- Conduct tolerance analysis, apply GD&T; for critical component & assembly.

- High level of drawings / schematics / Standards understanding.

- Coordinate with Onsite design team on technical matters to meet project Specification & Schedule.

Develop Bills of Material (BOM) & documents for design

Required Qualifications

- BE Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited 4-year university or college.

- 5 to 8 years experience in Product Design, Piping design.

- Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining operations, Pipe routing & component selection.

- Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.

- Strong leadership skills with pro-active approach

- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills

- Fluent in English
