We are looking for an experienced Banking Alliances Manager who can build and strengthen strategic banking partnerships, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the growth of our payment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Banking Alliances & Partner Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, PSPs, payment aggregators, and financial institutions.
- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding, documentation, due diligence, compliance, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with banking partners for smooth payment operations and issue resolution.

Payment Operations

- Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless payment integrations.
- Oversee merchant onboarding, payment gateway operations, settlements, and reconciliation.
- Resolve transaction, settlement, and operational issues while maintaining high service levels.

Compliance & Performance

- Monitor payment success rates, settlements, disputes, and chargebacks.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, KYC, AML, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.




- Track partner performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, alliance performance reports, and business reviews.
- Analyze transaction data and identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth.

Business Growth

- Identify and onboard new banking and payment partners.
- Drive strategic alliances that support ZedPe's expansion plans.
- Manage commercial discussions, renewals, and partnership performance.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 26 years of experience in Banking Alliances, Payment Gateway Operations, Merchant Acquiring, Banking Operations, or FinTech Partnerships.
- Strong understanding of:
- UPI
- Payment Gateways
- Merchant Acquiring
- Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Settlements & Reconciliation
- Good knowledge of banking documentation, KYC, AML, and compliance processes.
- Hands-on experience working with payment partners such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, CCAvenue, Pine Labs, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and CRM/reporting tools.
