Position Details
Role: Apprentice (12-Month Apprenticeship)
Career Growth Opportunity Successful apprentices who demonstrate robust performance, commitment, and meet business requirements will have the opportunity to be converted to a permanent role within the organization.
Process: Non-Voice Operations
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Night/Rotational Shifts

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree holders only Graduates (BE/ B.tech or candidates with technical background are not eligible).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Candidates must not be pursuing any undergraduate, postgraduate, or other higher education programs
- English communication skills: CEFR Level B1 (Average)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates should be available to work in the night shift
- No planned leave commitments for the first 6 months
