Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects.

- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Review project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project timelines.

- Manage subcontractors, material planning, and resource allocation effectively.

- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and MIS for senior management.

- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

- Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure uninterrupted project execution.

- Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams to achieve project objectives.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.

- Robust expertise in project planning, site execution, budgeting, and contract management.

- Experience in handling residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office is preferred.

- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

- Willingness to travel and work across project locations as required.
