What we're looking for:

Data Specialist I: 2 years of experience, SQL, Technical Support experience, Jira, Agile.

Customer Success Manager: 4-5 years of experience, HTML, CSS, analytical thinking, content planning, and a basic technical understanding of websites and CMS platforms

Customer Specialist I: 2 years of experience. Experience in a call center environment, technical support, and service delivery
