Premier Relationship Manager 811

Role and Responsibility.

- Manage and service a portfolio of mapped Kotak 811 customers (emerging/mass affluent segment)

- Drive revenue through cross-selling of banking and wealth products such as CASA, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Loans

- Build, deepen, and maintain robust customer relationships through regular telephonic and digital engagement

- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all customer queries, servicing, and relationship needs

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial/investment solutions based on their profile and behavior

- Enhance portfolio value by increasing AUM, customer activation, and product penetration

- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention

- Promote digital banking usage and drive adoption of Kotak digital platforms

- Handle service requests and resolve customer issues within defined TATs

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal banking guidelines including KYC/AML norms

- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets
