We're Hiring | Vulnerability Manager (IT/OT Security)

Location: chennai

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM JST

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and vulnerability management? We are looking for an experienced Vulnerability Manager to strengthen our IT & OT security posture and lead enterprise-level vulnerability management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and document all potential OT network assets that may contain vulnerabilities.
- Ensure a thorough scan of all OT network-connected assets to identify existing vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive vulnerability management process with clearly defined responsibilities.
- Monitor vulnerability information from trusted sources, including cybersecurity advisories, security bulletins, vendors, and global cyber alerts.
- Analyze newly disclosed vulnerabilities and assess their impact on the organization's IT/OT environment.
- Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk severity and assign remediation actions to relevant teams.
- Track remediation activities, verify vulnerability fixes, and manage accepted or transferred risks where applicable.
- Maintain and review vulnerability tracking reports regularly and present status updates during review meetings.




- Lead team coordination and support continuous process improvement.
- Ensure 95%+ SLA compliance for vulnerability identification, verification, and process documentation.
- Drive problem management and continuous security improvements.

Preferred Certifications

* ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certification

- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- CISSP / SSCP
- CISM
- CISA
- Equivalent cybersecurity certifications

Experience

5+ years in IT Infrastructure Management

3–5 years in IT/OT Security or Vulnerability Management
