- Define and lead the execution of MSU's overall strategy in public affairs and government partnerships.
- Lead the development of grant proposals, strategic collaborations, and MoUs with ministries, CSR foundations, and international agencies.
- Represent MSU in national and global forums, policy platforms, and public-private dialogue tables as a thought leader.
- Coordinate with academics, placements, operations, and admissions teams to deliver on cross-functional government-linked initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights, white papers, and recommendations to institutional leadership on policy trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Foster relationships with senior government officials, regulatory bodies, and development sector leaders to expand MSU's impact and visibility.
