Job Overview:

This role reports to the SVP of Technology, Account Lifecycle & Enterprise Operations. You will lead a large, multi-layered GCC organization and own outcomes across Account Lifecycle & Data, Enterprise Operations,

Risk, Legal and Backoffice domains. Operating in a highly regulated, multi-system environment, this role combines delivery ownership, platform modernization and AI enablement.

Responsibilities:

- Lead technology teams across Account Lifecycle & Data, Enterprise Operations, Risk, Legal and Backoffice
- Own tower capabilities including records, risk, legal and horizontal platforms
- Drive AI and agentic frameworks into production workflows
- Ensure delivery excellence and governance
- Drive modernization strategy and execution
- Partner with global stakeholders




- Stabilization and ownership of GCC technology portfolio
- Improved delivery quality, speed, and predictability
- Progress in platform modernization
- AI and agentic adoption in production
- Strong leadership bench in GCC

Requirements:

- 18+ years of experience with leadership across large-scale portfolio
- Experience leading 100+ team in GCC
- Ability to attract, retain and develop top talent
- Solid enterprise delivery experience
- Experience in regulated environments
- Experience with AI and automation
- Strong stakeholder management

Core Competencies:

- AI/agentic implementation
- Cloud, API and data modernization
- Workflow/document platform experience

Preferences:

- AWS Cloud experience
- Experience leading P&L; for platforms
- Experience as a tower lead
- Wealth or brokerage experience
