Role Description This is a full-time, in office Volunteer role based in New Delhi. The Volunteer will support program activities across education, rural and tribal development, and environmental initiatives, including assisting with community outreach, coordinating events and workshops, and helping implement field projects. Daily responsibilities may include interacting with local stakeholders, documenting project progress, preparing reports and communication materials, and supporting logistics for on-ground campaigns.
The role may also involve research support, data collection,
and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of ongoing initiatives. Volunteers will collaborate closely with the core team, community partners, and other volunteers to advance the foundation’s mission.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with diverse communities and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess basic organizational and project coordination skills, such as managing schedules, supporting events, and handling field logistics.
Candidates should possess research and documentation skills, including note-taking, report writing, and maintaining records of on-ground activities.
Candidates should possess a genuine interest in social impact, rural and tribal development, education, and environmental conservation.
Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in on-site teams, adapt to field conditions, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is highly beneficial; familiarity with additional regional languages is an advantage.
Prior volunteering or community work experience is preferred but not mandatory; students, recent graduates, and career transitioners are welcome.
