Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a positive and polite attitude during customer interactions.

Record customer information and update system records.

Follow company guidelines and quality standards.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.





Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Any Degree (depending on company policy)

Positive communication skills in English and any one regional language.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
