Requirements

- We want a kickass, smart and quick-witted Visualiser with an experience of 5-5.5 years, preferably in a creative digital agency.

- Must be in love with Photoshop and Illustrator and also have an understanding of After Effects, Premiere Pro.

- Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role.

- You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins.

- Giving attention to detail and accuracy of work should be your thing.

- Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial workplace.

- Professional approach to time,

Responsibilities

- Ideating and designing the creatives as per the clients brief along with your team.

- Working with Account Manager and Content Strategist, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales.

- Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.

- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.

- Preparing key visuals for campaigns brands for Social Media or Outdoor Media.

- Mentor a team of young Graphic Designers and help them understand visual aesthetics and visual communication for a brand.

- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements, if required.

- There are three responses to a creative - yes, no, and WOW! Wow is the one you should aim for.
