- Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Visual Designer who operates with precision, structure, and system-thinking. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance visual outputs for e-commerce and brand ecosystems.

You will not be working on isolated creatives. You will be designing repeatable visual frameworks that can adapt across hundreds of SKUs while maintaining consistency, clarity, and a premium finish. This is a production-critical role where attention to detail, layout discipline, and execution speed directly impact output quality.

- Job Responsibilities:

1. Design catalogue and publication-style layouts with strong typographic hierarchy
2. Create A+ content modules tailored for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
3. Develop product storytelling slides that communicate features with clarity and structure
4. Build and maintain scalable visual templates across multiple SKUs and collections
5. Execute AI-assisted moodshots and visual production workflows for product imagery
6. Ensure pixel-level consistency in alignment, spacing, and layout systems
7. Optimise designs for performance and adaptability across formats and platforms
8. Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction and system refinement

- Core Skillset:

1. Strong foundation in layout design and publication systems
2. Clear understanding of grid systems, spacing logic, and typography hierarchy
3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (non-negotiable)
4. Working knowledge of Canva and Figma for layout and system workflows
5. Basic experience with AI tools (image generation, asset creation,



or similar workflows)

2. Naturally think in systems rather than standalone designs
3. Prefer clean, structured, and minimal layouts over decorative visuals

- Work Schedule & Compensation:

1. Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (On-site)
2. Work: 5 Days / Week (Mon–Fri)
3. Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
4. Compensation: Based on skill & execution.
5. Note: Work on live client projects from day one; faster growth for high performers.
