Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. T. The role involves developing and maintaining brand-consistent visual identities, collaborating with marketing, events, and operations teams to translate briefs into effective design solutions.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing logos and graphics for new initiatives, preparing print-ready files, sourcing imagery, and adapting designs for multiple formats and platforms.

The Graphic

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, support photo/video shoots with design input,



and ensure timely delivery of all design projects in alignment with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.

Qualifications - Strong graphic design foundation, including ability to work with Graphics and Graphic Design across digital and print formats.

- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and evolve visual identities for various sub-brands and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout to create clear, engaging, and aesthetically balanced designs.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.G., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;

Figma or similar tools are an advantage).

- Portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, attention to detail, and experience with hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands (preferred).
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
