We are hiring a Visa Counsellor / Telecaller to join our growing immigration team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be customer-focused, and be able to convert inquiries into successful admissions or visa applications. Key Responsibilities:Counsel clients regarding Tourist Visas, Study Visas, Work Permits, and PR (Permanent Residency) .

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and follow up on leads. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa options. Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective counseling.

Assist clients with visa forms, documentation, and application procedures. Maintain accurate client records and regular follow-ups.



Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure smooth visa processing.

Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Required

Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, counseling, and convincing abilities. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge. Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.

Experience in immigration, visa counseling, telecalling, or sales is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
