We are seeking agile and result-driven Visa Counselors to join our growing immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through visa processes, converting inquiries into successful cases, and delivering high-quality consultation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding study visas, tourist visas, and work permits
- Assess client profiles and provide suitable immigration options
- Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) and convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams
- Stay updated with immigration policies and procedures for various countries
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 year of experience in immigration or visa counseling (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals
- Basic knowledge of visa processes (Canada, Australia, UK, etc. preferred)
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- 12th grade minimum
