About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Visa Documentation Executive to support student visa processing for multiple UAE Free Zones. The role focuses on preparing visa application drafts, verifying documents, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and error-free submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare visa application drafts for student visa submissions across multiple UAE Free Zones.
- Verify all supporting documents, including passports, photographs, admission documents, insurance and other mandatory requirements before submission.
- Identify missing or incorrect documents and coordinate with Admissions, Student Affairs and other stakeholders to obtain the required information.
- Maintain accurate Excel trackers for visa applications, renewals and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile visa records with admissions data and ensure complete and up-to-date records.
- Ensure documentation complies with applicable Free Zone requirements to minimise rejections and delays.




- Prepare periodic reports and maintain confidentiality of all student and institutional records.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and proactively follow up to meet submission timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in visa processing, Knowledge of UAE labour laws – Desirable However not mandatory.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office – Non Negotiable.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and record-management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities, Ability to work as a Team member.
- Self-motivated, accountable and able to work independently in a remote environment.
