About the role:

UniTracko is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who's also well-versed in video editing to bring our social media to life. You'll design the graphics and cut the videos that carry our brand across platforms turning ideas, campaigns, and raw footage into scroll-stopping content that looks sharp and stays on-brand.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong eye and fast hands. Whether you've got a couple of years of experience or you're a talented fresher with a portfolio that speaks for itself, if you can design and edit, we want to see your work.

What you'll do:

- Design graphics for social media - posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, ads, and campaign creatives
- Edit short-form and long-form video - reels, shorts, promos, testimonials, and event clips
- Turn briefs and raw footage into polished, platform-ready content with quick turnaround
- Keep everything visually consistent and on-brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond
- Repurpose and resize content to fit each platform's format and best practices
- Work with the marketing and BD teams on the content calendar and campaign visuals




- Stay on top of social trends and formats and bring fresh ideas

What we're looking for:

- 0-3 years designing and editing for social media (freshers with solid work are welcome)
- A strong portfolio / showreel this matters more than anything else, including years of experience
- Hands-on with design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (and/or Canva, Figma)
- Hands-on with video tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (and/or CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
- A genuine eye for layout, typography, colour, and pacing
- Able to work to brand guidelines and hit deadlines without dropping quality
- Understanding of social platforms and what makes content stop the scroll

Preferred Skills to have:

- Motion graphics / basic animation
- Experience creating content in edtech or the education space
- A feel for hooks and short-form storytelling (basic copy instincts help)
- Basic photography or shooting footage on a phone/camera
