Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in Bengaluru.

The Visa

Consultant will advise clients on visa and immigration requirements related to international travel, work, and investment activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating application submissions, tracking case progress, and communicating updates clearly and promptly. The role involves consulting with clients to explain processes, timelines, and options, as well as collaborating with internal teams to align visa support with broader consulting services.

The Visa

Consultant will maintain accurate records,



stay current on immigration policy changes, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal procedures and client resources.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of immigration issues and immigration processes relevant to multiple jurisdictions.

Candidates should possess experience working with visas, including documentation, application procedures, and compliance requirements.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally to diverse clients.

Candidates should possess consulting skills, including client needs assessment, solution recommendation, and relationship management.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency with standard office software and case management tools; ability to maintain accurate digital records.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Law, International Relations, Business, or a related discipline) is preferred.

Prior experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or international mobility is an advantage.
