Role Overview

As a Virtual Coach, you will deliver confidential one-on-one and group coaching sessions to employees and professionals from organizations across various industries. You'll help individuals overcome workplace challenges, strengthen leadership capabilities, improve wellbeing, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

This is a flexible remote opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere while making a measurable impact on people's careers and lives.

Coaching Areas

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual one-on-one coaching sessions through the Humanova platform.
- Deliver engaging group coaching sessions, webinars, and workshops when required.
- Support employees in achieving professional, personal, and wellbeing goals.
- Help individuals improve leadership, communication, productivity, resilience, and workplace effectiveness.
- Guide professionals through career transitions, workplace challenges, and personal development.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and follow professional coaching ethics.




- Record coaching outcomes and session notes on the platform while protecting participant privacy.
- Participate in Humanova's coach onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs.
- Collaborate with the Humanova team to enhance coaching quality and employee outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of coaching, mentoring, counselling, training, or related professional experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging virtual coaching sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable using online meeting and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Coaching certifications such as ICF, EMCC, CCE, NLP, or equivalent.
- Background in Human Resources, Psychology, Counselling, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Leadership, Sales, or Wellness.
- Experience working with corporate employees and leadership teams.
- Multilingual coaches are encouraged to apply.
