- Videographer and Editor Department: Marketing Location: Surat, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Yantra Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Content Developer to handle videography, photography, and content editing for the company. The ideal candidate should be capable of capturing high-quality visuals at our office and factory, editing them into engaging content, and creating professional marketing materials for social media, branding, recruitment, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities - Capture high-quality videos and photographs of CNC machines, manufacturing processes, employees, events, and company activities.

- Plan and execute video shoots, including framing, lighting, and audio setup.
- Edit videos for social media, YouTube, website, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Edit and enhance photographs for digital and print use.
- Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for promotional and branding campaigns.
- Design basic graphics, thumbnails, posters, and promotional creatives when required.
- Maintain and organize media files and ensure proper backup of all content.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Management to understand content requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining brand consistency.

Required Skills - Proficiency in CorelDRAW is mandatory. Knowledge of other video and image editing software will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of camera operations,



composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Ability to shoot using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and smartphones.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and current digital content trends.
- Creativity with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations will be an added advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Media, Photography, Film Making, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in videography, photography, or content creation will be an added advantage.

Experience - 1–3 years of experience in videography, photography, and content editing.

- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred

Candidate - Passionate about content creation and digital marketing.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Willing to travel locally for shoots whenever required.
