Mihir Group is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team.

Location: Aundh, Pune
Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP)
2. Track project progress and prepare MIS reports
3. Resource planning and project coordination
4. Monitor project timelines and identify delays
5. Coordinate with site, execution, and design teams
6. Support timely project delivery through effective planning and scheduling

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
2. 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
3. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Project (MSP) (Primavera P6 is an added advantage)
4. Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills
5.



Experience in construction/building/infrastructure projects preferred
