About the Role

We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistants to support the growth and expansion of our core product, FullAPlus. In this role, you won't just be sitting on the sidelines—you will be actively driving our lead generation, managing client relationships, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidates are natural communicators who love variety, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and are eager to learn both the analytical side of marketing and the human side of sales.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and deploying digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and professional networks to boost APlus brand awareness.

Content Coordination: Help create, proofread, and schedule engaging marketing collateral, newsletters, and product updates.





Analytics Tracking: Monitor and report on basic campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, website traffic) to help optimize our strategy.

Sales & Lead Management

Lead Pipeline Management: Keep our CRM updated, ensuring all inbound leads from FullAPlus marketing campaigns are clean, categorized, and tracked.

Outreach & Follow-Up: Conduct initial outreach and follow up promptly with prospects via phone, or professional messaging to qualify leads.

Client Support: Serve as a helpful point of contact for prospective clients, answering initial questions about FullAPlus features, pricing, and onboarding.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ernakulam, Kerala
