Job Description –

The work will involve understanding the manpower requirement of the organization.

Sourcing quality and sufficient CVs from various relevant sources like Job Portals, Resume Database, LinkedIn & Other Social Media Platforms, References etc.

Sorting of the applications, preliminary screening of the shortlisted candidates, submission of resumes to the client, follow-up with clients for feedback, and coordination of interviews.

Work closely with your colleagues to expand your learning and collaboration.

Follow the defined standards of work, process and values to percolate a positive work culture.

Job Specification –

•The candidate must have an excellent academic background.

•The candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

•The candidate must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets,



Email Management etc. The speed of typing, knowledge of keyboard shortcuts etc. will help.

•The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and maturity to deal with candidates, clients and colleagues. The candidate must be service oriented by nature.

•The candidate must have a valuable leadership skill, confidence and inner drive to remain progressive, they must have a good appetite to learn and explore new things.

•Should have a flair for searching, investigating, exploring new ways to look for right candidates.

•Should be able to work independently.

As this is a remote working - the applicant must have proper work from home (WFH) infrastructure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
