A Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising the restaurant service team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. The Restaurant Captain acts as a link between guests, waitstaff, and the kitchen, ensuring productive service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of waiters and service staff.
- Welcome and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance during each shift.
- Assist with taking orders and serving food and beverages during busy periods.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and properly set.
- Train and mentor new employees on service standards and company procedures.
- Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages or maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reports when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
