Raj Riveria Hotels is looking for energetic and versatile F&B; Service Associates to join our front-of-house team. This is a dual-role position where you will seamlessly transition between providing exceptional table service and managing the bar.

If you have a strong foundation in hospitality, enjoy interacting with guests, and know your way around both a dining room floor and a beverage station, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Experience: Warmly welcome guests, present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Dual Service: Efficiently take and serve food and beverage orders for dining tables, while also mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar.
- Order Management: Accurately enter orders into the POS system (familiarity with systems integrating with Zotel PMS is a plus) and process guest payments.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area. Monitor inventory for spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
- Coordination: Act as a smooth link between the guests, the kitchen,



and the management team to ensure prompt service and resolve any guest concerns immediately.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and local alcohol service regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Freshers can apply. 1–3 years of experience in a hospitality setting, ideally with hands-on experience in both waitstaff and bartending roles is an advantage
- Beverage Knowledge: Solid understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, alongside standard bar equipment operation.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using modern Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash/card transactions securely.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain calm and effective during peak service hours.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
