- Prepare and bake different types of bread.
- Make dough, shape, proof, and bake bread properly.
- Maintain quality, taste, and freshness.
- Keep the work area and equipment clean.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Check and maintain proper stock of ingredients.
- Work as a team and complete production on time.
