We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance and loan products, generating leads, and assisting clients with basic information and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database.
- Explain Motor insurance plans and loan products clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for insurance policies and loan services.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Maintain a qualified conversation with customers at all times.
- Update customer information in the CRM or lead sheet.
- Achieve daily and monthly call / lead targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, .
- Basic knowledge of Motor insurance or loan products is an advantage.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / Google Sheets).
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Working Hours
- Monday – Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Loan & Motor Insurance and : 1 year (Preferred)
