About the Role

We�re looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Generalist to join our growing team! In this role, you�ll manage the core HR functions that keep Clevertize running smoothly � from employee engagement and performance management to HR operations and culture building.

You�ll be the go-to person for all things �people� � ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and aligned with our creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate probation confirmations, appraisals, and transfers.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
- Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs.

3. Performance Management

- Support the design and execution of the performance review cycle.
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating team performance.





4. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, and team events.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and pulse checks to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Foster an inclusive and positive work environment that reflects Clevertize�s culture.

5. Recruitment Support

- Collaborate with the recruitment team for hiring coordination and onboarding recent hires.
- Maintain hiring trackers and assist in candidate documentation.

6. Learning & Development

- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Track learning outcomes and support continuous growth initiatives.

What You�ll Bring to the Table

- 3�4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an advertising agency
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
