Qualification: MBA In HRM / PGDM In HR
Experience: Mini 1 to 5 Years
Preferred Industry: Any Manufacturing Industry
Salary: Rs. 25000 to Rs. 35000 PM CTC

Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Ensure statutory compliances and HR documentation.
- Handle payroll, salary, wages, attendance, and PMS.
- Manage contracts, insurance, disciplinary actions, and employee records.
- Build a positive work culture through employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and execute the HR calendar and HR budget.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Oversee administration, housekeeping, staff transportation, and employee welfare (meals & facilities).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and qualified ethics.
- Good record-keeping and organizational abilities.
- Excellent time management and discipline.
- Regularity, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
