Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agriculture, Animal Feed, Poultry Feed, Aquaculture/Fish Feed Manufacturing industry.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and accounting principles.
- Candidate should be flexible for travel.

Role & responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and bank transactions.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished fish feed.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP/books and investigate inventory variances.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for accurate inventory accounting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reconciliation reports.
- Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, stock transfer notes, and delivery documents.




- Assist in monthly and annual stock audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain costing data related to raw materials and finished goods.
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payments.
- Assist in GST-related documentation, TDS compliance, and statutory accounting records.
- Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, consumption, production, and stock movement.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and company SOPs.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
