- Start-up, shutdown, and operation of plant utility systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, water treatment
- Maintain Chillers, Pumps, Compressor, Air Dryer, cooling towers, RO units, and wastewater systems.
- Collect samples, analyse water quality, and adjust chemical dosing to comply with environmental and product quality
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance: lubricate equipment, clean filters and trays, inspect piping, and ensure systems are operational.
- Troubleshoot and correct basic mechanical or electrical issues, coordinate with maintenance teams for more complex repairs.
- Maintain accurate logs of operational data, maintenance activities, and chemical usage.
