Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Communication Trainer to deliver high-quality training in spoken English, presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and skilled behavior. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling classroom sessions, coaching learners individually, and helping students or employees improve workplace communication and confidence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Train learners in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Conduct workshops on public speaking, active listening, email etiquette, and presentation skills.
- Develop training materials, assessments, and communication improvement activities.
- Provide individual feedback and support continuous improvement in fluency and confidence.
- Track attendance, assessments, and learner performance reports.

Eligibility:

- Graduation in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in communication or soft-skills training.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
