Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote the organization's products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel, if required.
